1. What are the requirements for my computer?
   - Windows 2000 Pro or XP Pro OS and a multi monitor graphics card with enhanced desktop capabilities.

2. What type of monitor is necessary?
   - Any monitor capable of receiving the external video from your computer, that is the monitor must have a VGA or a
    S-VHS/Composite video input. Most of today's receivers have an A/V input.

3. Is it possible to work with 3 or 4 judges?
   - Yes. You can choose to work with either 3 or 4 judges according to the WTF competition rules issued on 2005.4.27.

4. Can I change the timers of the contest, rest time, break time and call time?.
   - Yes. You can personalize the competition times.

5. Can I begin the contest at any time and with a specific result?
   - Yes. If a contest is suspended, you can continue from where it left off. It is not necessary to start at the beginning.

6. Is it possible to change the look of the external screens?
   - Only the initial screen can be customized by each customer.

7. Is it possible to change the sound?
   - You can configure the file sounds using your own .wav files.

8. I am working with a panoramic Window Laptop computer and  using its DVI output. Which the best resolution of both monitors?
   - The best resolution to the primary monitor is 1024x768 and to the second monitor is 800x600.

9. Is it possible to use the system without the secondary screen?
   - Yes, but you need the version 2.10 or upper. Please contact with us if you don´t have.
